#Admission - UVT comes in support of candidates with admission centers in 8 counties

Just like every year, West University of Timișoara (UVT) organizes admission centers in 8 counties, to support candidates for university studies.

Although the registration process for admission to university studies at UVT is carried out exclusively online, all students enrolled at UVT following this year's admission process will have to present in original (or certified copy), at the document collection points organized by UVT, all documents uploaded on the admission platform, in order to be certified according to the original by the UVT operators. Also, students enrolled in places financed from the state budget be must also teach the baccalaureate diploma or diploma of completion of university studies of license in original at the points of taking over the documents organized by UVT, at the latest at the confirmation of the place, according to the calendar of the admission process of the faculty that organizes the university study program to which they were admitted. 

In order to support the candidates, the West University of Timișoara will organize in 2021 several admission centers, both at the UVT headquarters in Timișoara, and in several counties in the main selection pool of UVT students: Arad, Alba, Bihor, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, Gorj, Mehedinți. They will be located in the following educational units:

• „Horea, Cloșca and Crișan” National College Alba-Iulia - 1 Decembrie 1918 boulevard no. 11;
• „Vasile Goldiș” National College Arad - Calea Victoriei no. 1-3;
• "Partenie Cosma" Economic College Oradea - Romanian Army Road no. 1A;
• „Traian Lalescu” National College Reșița - bd. Alexandru Ioan Cuza no. 7;
• "Decebal" National College Deva - page 1 December 1918 no. 22;
• „Gheorghe Țițeica” National College Drobeta-Turnu Severin - str. Crișan no. 50;
• „Ecaterina Teodoroiu” National College Târgu Jiu - page 1 December 1918 no. 25.

County admission centers will be open in the following periods:

• July 14 - 17, 2021;
• July 22 - 23, 2021;
• July 26 - 28, 2021.

Time slot  in which candidates can apply to the county admission centers is 9:00-16:00, months until Fridayor 9: 00-14: 00, Saturday.

During the periods and time slots mentioned above, candidates may perform at county admission centers, both Registrations for university studies (submission of the file on the online platform), as well as certification of documents according to the original (scanning them by UVT representatives) or handing over the original documents, according to the admission schedule of the study program for which he opts.

At the headquarters of the West University of Timișoara (4 Vasile Pârvan Blvd., Timișoara, postal code 300223, Timiș County, Romania) or at county admission centers, in full conditions of safety and hygiene, obeying all the public health regulations, candidates will be able to complete the registration form on the digital admission platform, with the support of UVT operators, will be able to certify according to the original the necessary documents for the admission process, presenting their originals, by scanning them by a UVT operator, and those who will occupy a place financed from the state budget will be able to teach the baccalaureate diploma or diploma of completion of university studies of original license.

The points of registration and collection of documents from the headquarters West University of Timisoara (bd. Vasile Pârvan nr. 4, Timișoara, postal code 300223, jud. Timiș, Romania) will be opened during 5-30 July 2021, in the time frame 08: 00-16: 00 (Monday to Friday)or 08: 00-14: 00 (Saturday).
