In order to support the candidates, the Western University of Timișoara (UVT) will also organize several admission centers in 2024, both at the UVT headquarters in the municipality of Timișoara, as well as in several counties from the main selection pool of UVT students: Arad, Alba, Bihor, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, Gorj, Mehedinți, Satu Mare and Vâlcea. They will be located in the following UVT partner national colleges:
- „Horea, Cloșca and Crișan” National College Alba-Iulia - 1 Decembrie 1918 boulevard no. 11;
- "Vasile Goldiș" National College Arad - Calea Victoriei no. 1-3;
- "Mihai Eminescu" National College Oradea - Episcop Roman Ciorogariu street no. 18;
- "Traian Lalescu" National College Reșita - boulevard Alexandru Ioan Cuza no. 7;
- "Decebal" National College Deva - street 1 Decembrie 1918 no. 22;
- "Theodor Costescu" National Economic College Drobeta-Turnu Severin - Orly street no. 37;
- "Tudor Vladimirescu" National College Târgu Jiu - Unirii street no. 13;
- "Mihai Eminescu" National College Satu Mare - Mihai Eminescu street no. 5 (entrance from Decebal street, building B);
- "Alexandru Lahovari" National College Râmnicu Vâlcea - General Praporgescu street no. 19.
The points of registration and retrieval of documents from the headquarters of the West University of Timișoara (bd. Vasile Pârvan nr. 4, Timișoara, postal code 300223, jud. Timiș, Romania) will be opened during 1-28 July 2024, the detailed program being available HERE.
County admission centers will be open in the second part of July 2024, during the periods July 15 - 18, 2024 and July 23 - 25, 2024.
The time interval in which candidates can appear at the county admission centers is 9:00-16:00. In these centers, candidates will be able to complete the electronic file on the admission platform with the support of UVT representatives, they will be able to certify the documents in the file according to the original, and they will be able to hand in the original baccalaureate/undergraduate diplomas, as appropriate.
All candidates will present the documents necessary for the admission process, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process developed by the UVT faculties, in original or in legalized copies, until at least one day before the date of displaying the lists of admitted candidates, according to the calendar established by the regulations of the UVT faculties regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process, at the collection points of the admission documents from the UVT headquarters or from the county admission centers organized by the UVT, for their scanning and certification according to the original by the UVT operators. Candidates who do not fulfill this provision will not be included in the ranking of the admission process.
UVT rector, Marilen Gabriel Pirtea: "The application process for this summer's admission is already open at UVT. Aspirants to university studies can officially start the admission process through the online platform specially created to make the registration of candidates as easy as possible - admitareonline.uvt.ro. Then, in the second part of July, the documents are to be presented by the candidates to the admission centers, for their certification according to the original, by scanning by the UVT representatives. We are waiting for you in Timișoara, the western city where young people define their best version of themselves, at UVT."

Until the first part of July 2024, candidates will be able to fill in information and upload documents on the registration platform. The registration process takes place online, and the documents will be presented by the candidates at the admission centers, for their certification according to the original, by scanning by UVT representatives.
