Admission calendar entries
The admission tests will be held in face-to-face format, at the headquarters of the Faculty of Arts and Design.
Test 1: Practical aptitude test - eliminatory (physically, at the faculty)
INTERVIEW / PORTFOLIO
The portfolio will contain a photographic documentation of the representative personal works (20-25 images) and a CV of the candidate.
For graduates of undergraduate programs related to the undergraduate fields of visual arts or architecture, test 1 is equivalent to passing the bachelor's exam.
The candidate's concerns, skills and knowledge in the area of the master's degree program for which he is applying will be assessed.
The eliminatory test is considered admitted / rejected.
Test 2: Exam test - interview (physically, at the faculty)
PRESENTATION AND SUPPORT OF THE MASTER PROJECT
The test consists of supporting a personal research project or artistic creation, specific to the study program. The project will contain 5-15 pages, including text, sketches, images.
The examination test is taken orally before the examination board and is graded with notes from 1 to 10.
The admission average represents the arithmetic average of the 3 marks given in test 2, by the 3 members of the admission commission.

(2) Candidates who are Romanian citizens or from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation who have completed high school studies outside Romania must present, in addition to the above documents, the document of equivalence / recognition of studies issued by National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED). The necessary documents and the procedure for the equivalence of studies carried out outside Romania are mentioned in Annex 1 of this regulation.
(3) Applicants eligible for exemption from the registration fee, in accordance with Article 20 of this Regulation, will upload on the admission platform also the supporting documents for the category in which they fall.
Candidates will be required to submit all documents required for the admission process, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the organization and conduct of the admission process at the faculty level, in original or certified copy, until until the day of the first mock test, according to the calendar established by the faculty regulations regarding the organization and development of the admission process, at the points of taking over the admission documents from the UVT headquarters or from the county admission centers organized by UVT, for scanning and certifying them according to the original by UVT operators. Candidates who do not comply with this provision will not be included in the ranking of the admission process.
