Physical education and sports

Learning outcomes:

a) Knowledge:
• Highly specialized knowledge of a theoretical nature for the transmission of information
useful during the training process, verbally or intuitively;
• Highly specialized knowledge with a role in raising students' awareness in order to practice
motor activities;
• Highly specialized knowledge to facilitate training, consolidation and improvement
motor skills and abilities and the development of motor skills;

• Highly specialized knowledge of the rules of practice of the various
sports disciplines;
• Highly specialized knowledge on psycho-physical exertion (parameters, dosage,
etc.) and its echo at the functional level (respiratory rate and heart rate);
