(1) The documents required for the enrollment file for the master's degree programs within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration are the following:
1. Identity card / bulletin;
2. Birth certificate;
3. Marriage certificate - if applicable;
4. The bachelor's degree or equivalent and the diploma supplement, or certificate of graduation from the undergraduate studies and the transcript, for candidates graduating from the undergraduate studies in the current year; UVT graduates of the undergraduate studies of the current year do not have to upload the certificate of graduation of the undergraduate studies and the transcript on the admission platform in order to register for master's studies in the same year, the results of the final exam of the undergraduate studies being taken over in the candidate's file directly by the admission commissions of the UVT faculties;
Candidates who passed the bachelor's exam in the sessions corresponding to the academic year 2021-2022 can present at the points of taking over the documents necessary for the admission process from the UVT headquarters and from the county admission centers organized by UVT, for the admission session immediately following the bachelor's exam in year 2022, instead of the bachelor's degree, the certificate issued by the educational institution, which mentions the general average from the bachelor's exam, the marks obtained in the tests taken at this exam, the validity term and the fact that the diploma was not issued.
5. Diploma supplement or partial transcript;
6. Medical certificate issued by the family doctor, not older than 30 days from the date of its presentation at the document collection office, attesting whether the candidate is fit to enroll in university studies and, if applicable, , chronic conditions from which the candidate suffers (neuropsychiatric, psycho-pathological, pulmonary, dermato-venereal, disability (type, degree), etc.). Specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc.) or any special educational requirements will be attested by a diagnostic certificate;
7. Certificate attesting to the completion of another master's degree program (completed or not at the time of submitting the file), mentioning the funding regime in which it was completed - if applicable.
(2) Candidates who are Romanian citizens or from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation who have completed high school studies outside Romania must present, in addition to the above documents, the document of equivalence / recognition of studies issued. by the National Center for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED). The necessary documents and the procedure for the equivalence of studies carried out outside Romania are mentioned in Annex 2 of the admission regulations.
(3) In order to be admitted to the master's degree programs with teaching in Romanian, foreign citizens have the obligation to present a certificate of linguistic competence for the Romanian language issued by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education.
(4) The necessary documents for the candidates applying for places intended for Romanian citizens everywhere are mentioned in Annex 3 of the admission regulations.
(5) Candidates eligible to be exempted from the registration fee will upload on the admission platform also the supporting documents for the category in which they fall.
(6) For study programs with teaching in a language of international circulation, candidates may upload supporting documents to certify the knowledge of the language of instruction, being relevant only those documents attesting the knowledge of that language of minimum level B2.
Candidates will be required to submit all documents required for the admission process, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the organization and conduct of the admission process at the faculty level, in original or certified copy, until at least one day before the date of publication of the lists of admitted candidates, according to the calendar established by the faculty regulations regarding the organization and development of the admission process, at the points of taking over the admission documents from the UVT headquarters or from the county admission centers organized by UVT, for scanning and certifying them according to the original by UVT operators. Candidates who do not comply with this provision will not be included in the ranking of the admission process.
