Candidates will have to present all the documents necessary for the admission process in original or in legalized copies at the points of collection of admission documents in the UVT offices or in the county admission centers organized by UVT, for their scanning and certification according to the original by UVT operators.
Deadline for certifying documents according to the original:
July session: 19.07.2023, 14.00
September session: 15.09.2023, 16.00
Candidates who do not meet the provisions of this paragraph will not be included in the ranking of the admission process.
After the end of the registration period, the options, their order as well as other information from the file registered on the online admission platform cannot be changed.
Regulation on the organization and conduct of the admission process for university study programs in the master's degree cycle
Article 10. Documents required for registration in the admission process
(1) The documents required for the enrollment file for the master's degree programs within the Faculty of Letters, History and Theology are the following:
- ID card;
- Birth certificate;
- Marriage certificate - if appropriate;
- Bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent to it, accompanied by the supplement to the diploma, or certificate of completion of undergraduate university studies, accompanied by the transcript, for candidates who graduated from undergraduate university studies in the current year; UVT graduates of undergraduate studies in the current year do not need to upload the certificate of completion of undergraduate studies and the transcript on the admission platform in order to apply for master's studies in the same year, the results of the final examination of undergraduate studies , respectively the average of the years of undergraduate university studies, being taken over in the candidate's file directly by the admission committees of the UVT faculties;
- Medical certificate issued by the family doctor, not older than 90 days from the date of its submission to the document collection office, certifying that the candidate is fit to enroll in university studies and, where appropriate, the chronic conditions of the candidate (neuropsychiatric, psychopathological, pulmonary , dermato-venereal, disability (type, degree, etc.). Specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc.) or any special educational requirements will be attested by a certificate of diagnosis;
- Certificate certifying completion of another master's university study program (completed or not at the time of submitting the file), in which the funding regime in which each year of studies was completed (with funding from the state budget/with a fee) , if it is/was carried out at a state higher education institution in Romania) – if appropriate.
(2) Candidates who are Romanian citizens or from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation who have completed high school studies outside Romania must present, in addition to the above documents, the document of equivalence / recognition of studies issued by National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED). The necessary documents and the procedure for the equivalence of studies carried out outside Romania are mentioned in Annex 1 of this regulation.
(3) In order to be admitted to the master's degree programs with teaching in Romanian, foreign citizens who do not present study certificates issued by educational units / institutions in Romania or abroad, with teaching in Romanian, have the obligation to present a certificate of competence linguistics for the Romanian language issued by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education.
(4) Necessary documents for candidates applying for places for Romanian citizens everywhere[1] are listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
(5) Applicants eligible for exemption from the registration fee, in accordance with Article 20 of this Regulation, will upload on the admission platform also the supporting documents for the category in which they fall.
(6) For study programs with teaching in a language of international circulation, candidates may upload supporting documents to certify the knowledge of the language of instruction, being relevant only those documents attesting the knowledge of that language of minimum level B2.
Article 11.
(1) Candidates who passed the final exam for undergraduate studies in the sessions corresponding to the academic year 2021-2022 at a higher education institution than UVT can upload on the admission platform and present at the collection points the documents necessary for the admission process from the UVT headquarters and from the county admission centers organized by UVT, for the admission session immediately following the bachelor's exam in 2022, instead of the bachelor's degree, the certificate issued by the educational institution stating the general average from the bachelor's exam, the marks obtained in the tests taken at the bachelor's exam, the term of validity and the fact that the diploma has not been issued.
(2) Candidates who have passed the final examination for undergraduate studies in the sessions corresponding to the academic year 2021-2022 at UVT do not have to upload or submit on the admission platform at the points of taking over the documents necessary for the admission process from the UVT headquarters and from the county admission centers organized by UVT, the certificate of graduation of the undergraduate studies. The results of the UVT graduates at the exam for the completion of the undergraduate studies for the current year will be made available to the admissions commissions of the UVT faculties by the UVT General Secretariat.
(3) In order to enroll in master's degree studies, candidates admitted to places financed from the state budget are required to submit at the points of receipt the documents required for the admission process from UVT offices and county admission centers organized by UVT, bachelor's degree (or the certificate, for the candidates who passed the final examination of the undergraduate studies in the session 2021-2022) in original. For graduates of the undergraduate studies of the current year from UVT admitted to a master's degree program organized by UVT on a place financed from the state budget, the certificate of graduation of the undergraduate studies will be submitted in original to the student file by UVT representatives.
