All declared candidates admitted to West University of Timișoara (UVT) following an admission session will confirm the seat, in the term specified by the calendar established by the regulation for the organization and development of the admission process to the university studies afferent to each faculty, on the online admission platform, logging in to your own account, viewing the file that was declared admitted, selecting the "Pay" button next to the registration fee and paying this fee online using a bank card.

Exempt candidates to pay the registration fee (confirmation), after selecting the "Pay" button next to the registration fee, you must select the "Tax exemption" option and upload supporting documents for falling into one of the following categories:

• • • students who obtained during their high school studies distinctions (prizes I, II, III) at international school olympiads recognized by the Ministry of Education and Research and/or distinctions (prizes I, II, III, mention) at national olympiads or competitions organized or financed by the Ministry of Education and Research (only for the process of admission to undergraduate studies);
    • students who have obtained distinctions during their high school studies in other national or international competitions, recognized according to the regulations regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process at the level of UVT faculties recognized according to the methodologies regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process at the level of UVT faculties (only for the process of admission to undergraduate studies);
    • students who have the status of class leaders within UVT partner high schools or who obtained an average of 10 in the baccalaureate exam (based on the invitation letter signed by the UVT rector, a letter that must accompany the candidate's file) (only for the process of admission to undergraduate studies);
    • athletes with outstanding performances (athletes of CSU-UVT, of the clubs and sports sections with which UVT has collaboration agreements, medalists at national, European and world competitions - at the proposal of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports);
    • candidates who have been declared heads of promotion (promotion 2025) at the level of a bachelor's degree program at the West University of Timișoara (UVT) (only for the admission process to master's university studies).

Romanian candidates from everywhere admitted to places without paying tuition fees, with or without a scholarship are also exempt from paying the registration fee (confirmation). To confirm the place, they will select the "Tax exemption" option and upload supporting documents to the section. THIS STATEMENT, completed and signed.

Romanian candidates from everywhere admitted to places with fee pays, to confirm the place, registration fee in the same amount as Romanian citizen candidates (250 lei).

Candidates who DO NOT confirm the place obtained by payment of registration fee (confirmation) within the term established by the regulation for the organization and development of the admission process to the university studies afferent to each faculty will be declared rejected. 

If following the admission process the candidate occupies a place financed from the state budget, he will have to teach the baccalaureate diploma, respectively the diploma for completing the undergraduate studies (or equivalent certificate, if the diploma has not been issued) in original, at the UVT headquarters or at one of the admission centers in the country.

The deadline for submitting the original diploma/certificate coincides with the deadline for confirming the place, corresponding to the confirmation stage in which the candidate also pays the registration fee., according to the admission process calendar at the faculty level in question.
Candidates admitted on a place financed from the state budget which I do NOT submit the UVT high school diploma/ baccalaureate certificate / license in original until the end of the confirmation period, according to the term established by the regulation for the organization and development of the admission process to the university studies afferent to each faculty, will be transfer to a place with a fee.

If, following the confirmation and redistribution process, a student initially declared admitted to a fee-paying place (place that the student confirmed within the deadline provided for the respective stage through the calendar established by the regulation regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process related to the faculty conducting the respective study program) will transfer to a place financed from the state budget, he/she will have to submit his/her high school diploma (or certificate, for candidates who passed the baccalaureate exam in the 2024-2025 session) in original within a maximum period of 2 working days from the moment the result is displayed on the online admission platform, but not later than the date of July 23, 2025, 18:00 a.m, for the first admission session, respectively September 15, 2025, 16:00 p.m. – the university study cycle of license and September 17, 2025, 16:00 p.m. – the university study cycle of MASTERS, for the second admission session.

If following the admission process the candidate occupies a seat for a fee, it will pay, in addition to the registration fee, and 30% of the value of the annual tuition fee, no later than July 23 2025, for the first admission session, respectively 15 September 2025 – the university study cycle of license and 17 September 2025 – the university study cycle of MASTERS, for the September admission session, by online card payment on the online admission platform.

Candidates admitted on one spot with fee which DO NOT pay within the set time limit and 30% from the amount of the annual tuition fee will be declared rejected.
