Taxes amount & payment methods

The admission process at the West University of Timișoara involves the payment of two types of fees, necessary to cover the costs of organizing this process:

      • registration fee (200 lei) - by paying this fee, the registration for the admission process is completed and the candidate can participate in the admission tests;
      • registration fee (150 lei) - this fee confirms the student's place obtained as a result of the admission process.

Candidates declared admitted to fee-based places will pay, in addition to the registration fee, 30% of the annual study fee, by July 31, 2024 at the latest, for the July admission session, respectively by the latest of September 17, 2024, for the September admission session. In case of non-payment within the set deadline, the candidate will lose his / her place. Annual tuition fees are available HERE.

The online registration process will be completed after paying the registration fee or after uploading on the admission platform the supporting documents for the registration fee exemption (which must be validated, later, by the admission commission at the faculty level), by pressing the "Finish and submit" button, positioned on the folder page in the lower right corner.

All the fees mentioned above will be paid online, by card payment, through the existing payment module on the online admission platform of UVT. Persons who encounter technical difficulties in the process of paying the fees related to the admission process will send an e-mail to the address admitere@e-uvt.ro.

The admission fee is paid only once per faculty, regardless of the number of undergraduate fields in which the candidate has enrolled in the same faculty. If the candidate has enrolled in university programs from different faculties, then he / she will pay the enrollment fee for each faculty.

If the candidate enrolls and wishes to pursue two university degree programs at UVT at the same time, he / she will submit an application on the admission platform for each of these programs and will pay the registration fee for each of them.

Thus, Candidates who submit several electronic "files" for different study programs will take into account the following information (according to Article 24 of the UVT regulations on the organization and conduct of the admission process to undergraduate and master's degree studies):

      • the registration fee will be paid only once / faculty, regardless of the number of files submitted within (field) of a faculty;
      • if a candidate has created several files for study programs at different faculties, will pay a registration fee for each faculty at which he created the file;
      • if a candidate has created several files within the same faculty, but in separate sessions, will pay a single tuition fee for that faculty, for one of the files, and for the other files, the fee will be automatically equalized;
      • if a candidate wants to follow two university study programs in parallel, whether from the same faculty or from different faculties, will pay the registration fee for each of them.
