Admission to master's degree studies at the Faculty of Governance and Communication Sciences is done through a competition, regardless of the form of education in which they are organized, based on the tests established by this regulation, in order to evaluate the skills specific to the field of study based on a bibliography including specialized works.
The admission tests are also taken by Romanian candidates from all over the world.
Admission test: Interview

- the skills and motivation of the candidates for the higher education activity at master's level and for the approach from the perspective of the desired specialization;

(1) The minimum general average for admission to the master's degree programs organized by UVT cannot be less than 6,00 (six). (2) The general average for admission is calculated with two decimal places, without rounding and is equal to the average of the final exam for undergraduate studies. (3) The ranking of candidates is done in descending order of the averages obtained in the admission competition and within the limit of the places approved for each university study program. (4) The general average or the general scores obtained by candidates in the admission competition are valid for establishing the ranking only within the Faculty of Governance and Communication Sciences, according to this regulation. (5) The ranking resulting from the admission competition will also be used for the distribution of places financed through study grants, these going to the best ranked candidates eligible for each master's degree program. (6) For the tie-breaking, in the case of candidates with admission averages equal to that of the last allocated place, both for places financed from the state budget and for places with fees, the following will be used as tie-breaking elements: a) The grade obtained when defending the bachelor's thesis within the bachelor's degree final exam; b) The grade obtained in the knowledge verification test within the bachelor's degree final exam.
