Fine arts (photography - computerized video image processing)

a) Knowledge - Compliant European Qualifications Framework (EQF), related learning outcomes level 6 qualification, corresponding to undergraduate studies, I suppose knowledge advanced in a field of work or study, which involves a critical understanding of theories and principles:

Student / graduate:

R1. Demonstrates knowledge of language theory specific to static and / or moving images, including from the perspective of evolution in relation to public perception;

R2. Demonstrates knowledge of proper use of analog and digital equipment specific to static and / or moving images in the realization of the artistic project;

R3. Demonstrates knowledge of materials, techniques and technologies used in the realization of the artistic project;

R4. Demonstrates knowledge of the theories and technical principles that underlie the construction of the image (chromatic registers, values, compositional structures, center of interest, etc.) in the realization of the artistic project;

R5. Demonstrates theoretical, historical, and critical knowledge of photography and video;

R6. Demonstrates knowledge of lighting techniques used to create atmosphere and effects for photography and video using equipment and settings appropriate to the specifics of the artistic project;

R7. Demonstrates knowledge of specialized techniques used to create, compile, edit, and organize digital content such as still and / or moving images, sound, text, etc .;

 b) Thebility - Compliant European Qualifications Framework (EQF), related learning outcomes level 6 qualification, corresponding to undergraduate studies, I suppose abilities advanced control and innovation needed to solve complex and unpredictable problems in a specialized field of work or study:

Student / graduate:

R8. Can develop a creative concept and a personal approach, with applicability in the field of visual arts;

R9. Can create still and / or moving digital images and multimedia content;

R10. May use still and / or moving image and / or analog imaging devices as well as additional accessories and / or equipment required to carry out the project;

R11. Can select the appropriate equipment according to the topics, materials and conditions necessary to carry out their own project;

R12. Can install the equipment, choose its station point to capture the scene according to the needs and specificity of its own object;

R13. Can adapt the artistic concept to the location;

R14. Can develop and process photographic films;

R15. Can measure the amount of light to determine the optimal exposure parameters;

R16. Can select the correct exposure based on the outcome of the visual project;

R17. Can choose between the types of objectives used to achieve the expected artistic and technical result of the personal project;

R18. Can interpret audiovisual content / motion picture, both at first glance and in narrative structure analysis formulas such as the editing sheet;

R19. Can translate any kind of text narrative (original screenplay, prose, report, essay, etc.) from written language into audiovisual language / motion picture by establishing a minimal cut-out and presenting a storyboard for effective communication with all people involved in production;

R20. Can make cinematographic frames according to the proposed cutout;

R21. Can interpret a director's cut-out and / or a storyboard to order, structure and connect the raw material from the filming into a narrative formula based on continuity of image and sound that communicates to the viewer / user the author's intentions;

R22. Can use framing, camera movements, filming angles, camera positioning, etc. for the elaboration of a visual narration (storytelling) prepared to be communicated to a pre-defined audience;

R23. Can edit and post-process the still and / or moving image, using specialized hardware and software specific to the project and the beneficiary's request;

R24. Can compose digitally using software suitable for multiple static and / or moving images to obtain a multimedia product;

R25. Can develop the project using appropriate means of classical and digital presentation and representation;

R26. Can streamline their own communication, document presentation using specialized software;

R27. Can transpose the theme and the particularities of the theme from the concept in printable format in order to obtain the finished product;

R28. Can assess how to adapt the project to the type of media required by the project requirements;

R29. Can use an imaging database to solve practical projects (art history, photography and film history);

R30. Can analyze, compare, and classify a particular approach in photo-video;

R31. Can identify visual artistic language in photography and video;

R32. Can apply artistic language in visual communication by adapting to the type of media required by the requirements of the project;

R33. Can establish correlations between visual and semantic organization in their own projects;

R34. Can critically and comparatively analyze images belonging to traditional media (painting, graphics, sculpture), but also to new media (photography, video, cinematography);

R35. Can reasonably analyze the historical, cultural and stylistic context of a visual work;

R36. Can elaborate and edit and support in Romanian / mother tongue a specialized paper on a current topic in the field, using sources and information tools in order to describe the relationship between art and society;

R37. Can critically and constructively use judgmental methods in his artistic approach;

R38. Can appreciate one's own level of learning by recognizing results;

 c) Responsibility and autonomy - Conform European Qualifications Framework (EQF), related learning outcomes level 6 qualification, corresponding to undergraduate studies, I suppose managing complex technical or professional activities or projects by taking responsibility for making decisions in unpredictable work or study situations and taking responsibility for managing the professional development of individuals and groups:

Student / graduate:

R39. Can prepare personal working conditions;

R40. Can ensure the operation and maintenance of the photographic / video equipment used;

R41. He can work both within a complex team and in a context of full autonomy, when he assumes all the creative decisions and responsibility of the project;

R42. It can make decisions corresponding to the hierarchical level at which it carries out its activity and assumes responsibility towards the higher hierarchical levels;
