The fundamental concepts of the theoretical and methodological framework, of the legislation and ethical and professional standards in the field of integrated assistance to migrants and refugees;
Good professional practices in the application of models, roles, techniques, strategies, laws in the field of migration and refugees;
Facilitating social changes at the individual, group, organizational or community level.
Working in the multidisciplinary and transnational team in order to prevent and combat the social problems of migrants and refugees;
Identifying, collecting, recording, analyzing and evaluating the information necessary for specific interventions to reduce social risks at the individual, family, group, community and societal level in the case of migrants and refugees;
Planning, development and implementation of specialized interventions to prevent and alleviate the social problems of migrants and refugees;
Monitoring and evaluation of specialized interventions to combat the social problems of migrants and refugees;
Assessment of individual and community resources and their integration into social intervention strategies.
Self-assessment and reflective practice regarding respect for the values and principles of professional ethics in decision-making;
Autonomy of decision and prompt resolution in crisis situations;
Respecting and applying the principles of ethics and professional deontology in the evaluation, planning and elaboration of programs and interventions in the sphere of integrated assistance to migrants and refugees;
