Defining the main concepts specific to the field, their use and specialized terminology in multiple situations;
Description and application of methods and techniques for analysis, organization and evaluation of information document contents;
Description and application of marketing techniques and principles for determining the information needs of users of information and cultural products, within the information and documentation services.
Analysis, validation and ranking of documents and information resources based on the criteria of quality, credibility, timeliness and completeness of information;
Elaboration of tools for information, documentation and retrieval of information based on the principles and methodology of scientific research;
The use of adequate technologies in the realization and professional communication of various information products, respecting the public's right to be informed correctly;
Efficient management of infodocumentary collections in various institutional contexts: description of the principles, methods and techniques regarding the selection, acquisition, evidence, processing, organization, preservation and communication of document collections, regardless of support;
Evaluating the methods of forming the culture of information and communication and their adequate use in the process of providing information assistance to the beneficiaries;
Solving in a realistic way, with both theoretical and practical arguments of some usual professional situations, in order to solve them efficiently and deontologically.

Graduates of short-term higher education with a graduation diploma, as well as graduates of higher education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Graduates with a bachelor's degree who have not completed a form of specialized education in information and documentation sciences and want to specialize in this field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent / diploma of short-term higher education;
Registration sheet / supplement to the bachelor's degree;
Birth certificate;
Marriage certificate (if applicable);
ID card.
- The study program is registered in National Register of Postgraduate Programs (RNPP)
I. The teaching modules will take place during the periods:
M1: December 2023;
M2: February 2024;
M3: May 2024.
II. Internship: M4: June 2024.
III. Presentation of the dissertation to complete the studies: July 2024 (theoretical or applied paper between 15-25 pages).
Teaching modules will respect The methodology regarding the organization and development of learning, teaching, research and application activities in mixed format of UVT.
