Enrollment in the competition for admission to university master's studies in a specific field can be done regardless of the field in which the bachelor's degree was acquired, provided that a minimum of 240 ECTS credits have been obtained in that field. From this rule, the master's degree program is an exception Judicial career, in which enrollment is conditional upon the completion of an undergraduate degree program from an authorized or accredited law faculty.
Admission to master's degree studies at the Faculty of Law is by competition, regardless of the form of education in which they are organized, based on the tests established by this regulation, in order to test knowledge and cognitive abilities. The knowledge specific to the field of study is verified by written and / or oral tests based on a bibliography containing specialized works.
(1) The admission contest for the places financed from the state budget consists of a theoretical and practical exam type interview, having as bibliography:

(2) For the places financed from the state budget, the classification of candidates takes place on the basis of the score obtained at the admission contest - interview, 1-10 points, held on 12.07.2024, respectively 10.09.2024 (*only if, in the July session , not all places financed from the state budget were filled), according to the schedule available online.
(3) Candidates who opt exclusively for paid places do not take the entrance exam. They are classified according to available places, according to the criterion of the average obtained at the bachelor's exam.
(4) The ranking and distribution of candidates for the places financed from the state budget is done according to the score obtained, and the display of the provisional results will be done until 15.07.2024, respectively 10.09.2024. Candidates who opt for places financed from the state budget related to several university master's study programs organized at the Faculty of Law will take the interview test at each of the university master's study programs they have opted for.
(5) In cases where two or more candidates have obtained an equal score, their distinction will be made on the basis of the general average of the years of study, and if this criterion is not sufficient, the average obtained in the final exam will be taken into account. license.
