List of documents required for undergraduate programs:

• ID card;
• Birth certificate;
• Marriage certificate - if appropriate;
• Baccalaureate diploma or equivalent;
  • Candidates who passed the baccalaureate exam in the sessions corresponding to the school year 2022-2023 can upload on the admission platform and present at the collection points the documents necessary for the admission process from the UVT headquarters and from the county admission centers organized by UVT, for the admission session immediately following the baccalaureate exam in 2022, instead of the baccalaureate diploma, the certificate issued by the pre-university education unit, which mentions the general average from the baccalaureate exam, the marks obtained in the exams taken in this exam, the validity term and the fact that the diploma has not been issued.
• Medical certificate issued by the family doctor, not older than 90 days from the date of its presentation at the document collection office, certifying whether the candidate is fit to enroll in university studies and, if applicable, the conditions chronic conditions suffered by the candidate (neuropsychiatric, psycho-pathological, pulmonary, dermato-venereal, disability (type, degree), etc.). Specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc.) or any special educational requirements will be attested by a diagnostic certificate;
• Certificate attesting to the completion of another undergraduate university study program (completed or not at the time of submission of the file), stating the funding regime in which each year of study was completed (if it is carried out at a higher education institution of Romania) - if appropriate.
• Certificate of English Language Proficiency - only for applicants from the Bachelor's degree program in English Psychology – Cognitive Science (in English). The following certificates are recognized:
  o International certificates (Cambridge: Proficiency A, B or C, Advanced A, B or C, First A, B or C; IELTS: minimum 6 points; TOEFL minimum 60 points);
  o Certificate of studies in English for candidates who have completed programs in English;
  o Distinctions at national or international English language Olympiads, certified by the Ministry of Education (I, II and III prizes);
  o Candidates who do not hold an international certificate of linguistic competence in English will take the LIT Test organized by the Faculty of Letters, History and Theology of the West University of Timișoara, on the day
  scheduled according to the admission calendar. The admission test will be taken in English only by candidates who have not completed studies in Romanian.

List of documents required for master's degree programs:

• 1. ID card;
  2. Birth certificate;
  3. Marriage certificate - if appropriate;
  4. Bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent to it, accompanied by the supplement to the diploma, or certificate of completion of undergraduate university studies, accompanied by the transcript, for candidates who graduated from undergraduate university studies in the current year; UVT graduates of undergraduate studies in the current year do not need to upload the certificate of completion of undergraduate studies and the transcript on the admission platform in order to apply for master's studies in the same year, the results of the final examination of undergraduate studies , respectively the average of the years of undergraduate university studies, being taken over in the candidate's file directly by the admission committees of the UVT faculties;
  5. Medical certificate issued by the family doctor, not older than 90 days from the date of its presentation at the document collection office, certifying whether the candidate is fit to enroll in university studies and, if applicable, the conditions chronic conditions suffered by the candidate (neuropsychiatric, psycho-pathological, pulmonary, dermato-venereal, disability (type, degree), etc.).   6. Certificate attesting to the completion of another master's degree program (completed or not at the time of submitting the file), mentioning the funding regime in which it was completed (if it is carried out at a state higher education institution in Romania ) - if appropriate.

Candidates will be required to submit all documents required for the admission process, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the organization and conduct of the admission process at the faculty level, in original or certified copy, until at least one day before the date of publication of the lists of admitted candidates, according to the calendar established by the faculty regulations regarding the organization and development of the admission process, at the points of taking over the admission documents from the UVT headquarters or from the county admission centers organized by UVT, for scanning and certifying them according to the original by UVT operators. Candidates who do not comply with this provision will not be included in the ranking of the admission process.
