a) Knowledge

• knowledge and understanding of the principles of written and oral scientific expression;

• the use of terminology, principles, theories and practices related to various fields such as: conceptual history, history of ideas and mentalities, history, history of art;
• reflection on the sidelines and contribution to the development of institutional and sectoral policies (e.g. editorial, media) in order to achieve cultural and intellectual transfers, able to cognitively, intellectually and aesthetically enrich the cultural space and the intellectual debate in Romania.
• reflection on and contribution to the development of cultural and public diplomacy projects: monographic approach or cultural mediation (popularization, exposure, dissemination) starting from an element of cultural heritage (text, figure, theme, artefact, work, etc.).

• managing complex activities and projects, based on the knowledge and skills listed, during vocational training and subsequently in the workplace (examples: research essays relevant to the study program pursued; appropriate research projects, to answer specific questions of research formulated within the theme of the dissertation, proposing a synthesis of the main ideas in circulation in the sphere of own interest; project on a given theme in the field of history);
• assuming responsibility for making decisions in unpredictable situations in the training process and subsequently at the workplace: assuming cultural and professional mediation roles;
• assuming responsibility for one's own professional training;
