Knowledge:
RI1. The student will be able to analyze the opportunity to apply a disciplinary intervention strategy depending on the context (C1);
RI2. The student will be able to explain the impact of stress, trauma, abuse and neglect on ontogenetic development (C2);
RI3. The student will be able to critically analyze the causes and development of the Conflict Cycle based on the LSCI model (C1);
RI4. The student will be able to identify one of the six dysfunctional behavioral patterns (C2).
RI5. The student will responsibly apply positive principles in educating and disciplining children in different contexts (C3);
RI6. The student will apply specific intervention methods appropriate to resolving conflicts and maintaining discipline in various educational contexts (C1);
RI7. The student will facilitate students' behavioral learning in stressful situations (C2);
RI8. The student will apply approach, de-escalation and intervention techniques specific to dysfunctional behavioral patterns (C2).
Responsibility and autonomy:
RI9. The student will demonstrate care, empathy and support for children and adolescents in crisis situations (C1);
RI10. The student will promote a positive approach to education, discipline and therapy (C2);
RI11. The student will carry out educational activities responsibly (C3);
RI12. The student will respect the ethical norms (C3).
Admission to the postgraduate study program is based on an application and registration file on the admitereonline.uvt.ro platform. and argumentative essay.
This postgraduate program of continuous professional development and training is open to university graduates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
· Registration sheet / supplement to the bachelor's degree;
· Certificate attesting to the performance of professional activity in pre-university/university education (if applicable).
For discipline Basic concepts of the LSCI method, the examination of theoretical knowledge will be carried out through an evaluation grid, with a score from 0 to 9, with one point as an ex officio point. The minimum passing grade is 6.
For discipline Principles and intervention techniques specific to the LSCI method, The assessment will consist of a practical role-playing test to examine the acquired intervention skills. The score is from 0 to 9, with one point awarded ex officio. The minimum passing score is 6.
The final exam will consist of a role-playing practical test, with grades being passed/failed.
The teaching aids used are (non-exhaustive list, can be supplemented with other means):

Tuition fee payment deadline:
The program will be organized into study modules, according to the curriculum, alternating study units focused on the acquisition and consolidation of theoretical knowledge with modules of practical, experiential activities, focused on the acquisition of skills and attitudes.
The duration of preparation (in hours of teaching activities) to achieve the proposed objectives is: 48 hours, equivalent to 4 transferable study credits (3 + 1 credit related to the graduation exam).
The duration of the program is 4 weeks.
