- knowledge regarding new concepts, principles and tools used in educational institutions and units from the perspective of human resources management, professional and personal development;
- knowledge for the development and design of intervention measures to solve problems and conflicts in educational organizations;
- knowledge for the formulation of hypotheses in the management of human resources for the interpretation of the new phenomena faced by educational organizations;
- knowledge regarding the application of innovative digital tools for diagnosis and assessment;
- knowledge for the interpretation of a diagnosis of the organizational environment, of the organizational culture in educational institutions and units;
- knowledge to create an open work environment, appropriate working relationships with others for carrying out activities in educational institutions and units;
- knowledge to develop and design intervention measures to solve problems and conflicts in educational organizations;
- knowledge for the interpretation of principles, rules and performance-generating mechanisms in educational institutions and units.

Admission method: based on the application and the registration file within the limits of the announced places.
Target group of the postgraduate program
This program is addressed to any graduate who has completed at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent university studies with a diploma and who has activities or is involved in the administration and management of educational organizations or who wants this form of improvement.
Documents required for registration
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
· Registration sheet / supplement to the bachelor's degree;
· Birth certificate;
· Marriage certificate (if applicable);
· ID card.
Registration process calendar
- July 26 - December 15, 2024.
Postgraduate study program schedule
The duration of the program is 17 weeks. The program will run weekly as follows:
Friday - 4 hours;
Saturday - 8 hours.
