C7. Graduates have the necessary knowledge to efficiently use digital sources and resources (internet portals, specialized software applications, databases, online courses) to optimize the development of human resource management processes in organizations;

C8. Graduates demonstrate the skills required for communication in the field of human resource management in a language of international circulation.

A1. Graduates have the ability to put into practice methods, techniques and tools in the field of human resources management at intermediate and advanced level;

A2. Graduates have the ability to develop and interpret a diagnosis of the organizational environment, organizational culture, and managerial using terminology and methods specific to human resource management;

Graduates have the ability to apply the knowledge gained in complex situations and to formulate well-argued conclusions, by presenting and interpreting a situation in the organizational environment, more precisely in human resources management, as a way to illustrate the rules, methods, techniques and procedures of analysis. and research already known and assimilated;

A4. Graduates have the ability to use logic, critical analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions and approaches to various problems in the field of human resource management;

A5. Graduates have the ability to responsibly configure human resource strategies and assess their impact on the organization;
