(2) For undergraduate university study programs organized in a foreign language, respectively Accounting and management informatics (in German), Finance and Banking (in English), Management (in French), the admission process contains a language proficiency test that will aim to verify general communication skills in the respective language, eliminatory, conducted online, using electronic means that ensure direct audio and video communication with the candidate in the admission process, marked as admitted/rejected. Possession of internationally recognized diplomas/certificates, such as:
is equivalent to taking and passing the language skills test for candidates enrolled in foreign language study programs. Candidates from countries with English, German or French as official languages or those who attended a high school with English, German or French as the language of instruction are considered admitted to the language proficiency test for the specialization in that language. (1) The minimum general average for admission to the undergraduate university study programs organized by UVT cannot be lower than 6,00 (six), provided that none of the grades obtained in the competitive exams is lower than 5,00 (five). (2) The general average for admission is calculated with two decimal places, without rounding, according to the following formula: MA = (0,7 x M1 + 0,3 x M2) + MAXIM (Olympiad Bonus or FEAA ECONOMICA RIPENSIS National Competition Bonus) where: MA = general admission average; M1 = general baccalaureate average; M2 = grade obtained in the admission test. (3) The ranking of candidates is done in descending order of the averages obtained in the admission competition and within the limit of the places approved for each university study program. (4) The general average or the general scores obtained by the candidates in the admission competition are valid for establishing the ranking only within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, according to this regulation. (5) The ranking resulting from the admission competition will also be used for the distribution of places financed from the state budget, which will go to the best ranked eligible candidates, for each undergraduate university study program. The division in case of equality is made according to the following criteria, in order: 1. M1 grade; 2. M2 grade. (6) The general admission average for Romanian candidates from all over the world is calculated with two decimal places, without rounding, according to the following formula: MA = M1 + MAXIM (Olympiad Bonus or FEAA ECONOMICA RIPENSIS national competition Bonus) where: MA = general admission average; M1 = general baccalaureate average. The separation in case of a tie is made according to the following criteria, in order: 1. The highest grade from the baccalaureate exam tests, similarly equivalent. 2. The average of the high school years.
(1) Candidates who have obtained distinctions (I, II, III prizes) at international school olympiads recognized by the Ministry of Education and Research and/or I prize at national olympiads, financed by the Ministry of Education and Research, are admitted to places financed from the state budget without taking the admission competition. (2) A bonus of 1 point to the general admission average is granted to all participants in the national phases of the school olympiads with an economic profile, without exceeding the general admission average of 10. At the same time, participants in any section of the national knowledge competition for students "FEAA ECONOMICA RIPENSIS" organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in 2025, who obtained a grade higher than or equal to 7 (seven), are granted a bonus of 10% of the score obtained in the competition, without exceeding the general admission average of 10. The bonus (maximum 1 point) is granted only once, regardless of the number of participations of the candidates in the national phases of the school olympiads with an economic profile and/or in the national knowledge competition for students "FEAA ECONOMICA RIPENSIS" and cannot be combined with other bonuses. (3) Candidates who have obtained the status of class leaders within UVT partner high schools or who have obtained an average of 10 in the baccalaureate exam (based on the invitation letter signed by the UVT rector, a letter that must accompany the candidate's file) take the admission tests specific to the undergraduate university study program(s), except in the case where they have obtained distinctions in national or international olympiads during their high school studies and fall within the special conditions relating to the admission process referred to in article 14 of the admission regulations at the faculty level. (4) Candidates mentioned in the previous paragraph benefit from access to places free of charge. If they are enrolled, following the admission competition, in a place with a fee, they will benefit from an exemption from the tuition fee in the first year of studies, based on an application submitted to the Student InfoCentre by the end of the second week of the academic year at the latest; in this case, they will not pay the first installment of the tuition fee, uploading the letter received in the section dedicated to the payment of this fee on the digital admission platform, acting as a supporting document for the exemption from payment.
6.
