Marketing

Knowledge:

C1. Knowledge of concepts, model theories, tools on which marketing decisions and activities are based;

C2.  Knowledge and use of information sources, methods of collecting, processing and preliminary analysis of information on the environment of the organization in order to create the necessary support to substantiate marketing decisions;

C3. Knowledge of the stages of the marketing research process, of the methods of collecting, analyzing and interpreting the marketing data;

C4. Knowledge of how to integrate digital technologies, interactive tools, a

mobile applications and social media in the marketing of organizations;

C5. Description and understanding of the stages of planning and implementing marketing strategies and tactics in the physical and online environment;

C6. Knowledge of the elements and stages of substantiating the marketing mix in the physical environment and in the online environment;

C7. Understanding and using methods and indicators (marketing metrics / analytics) through which the performance of marketing activities is evaluated;

C8. Knowledge and skills regarding interpersonal communication in Romanian and in a language of international circulation in the specific field of activity.

Abilities:

A1. Applying techniques and methods specific to marketing in various organizations;

A2. Using the acquired knowledge to carry out a market study, a marketing research, a common data analysis plan in order to substantiate the various marketing decisions;

A3. Use the knowledge gained to design a marketing plan and program;

A4. Use the knowledge gained to plan and implement online marketing campaigns, website marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, website traffic campaigns;

A5. Using knowledge to plan and implement social media marketing campaigns;

A6. Using the knowledge to choose the elements necessary to substantiate an integrated marketing communication strategy, an advertising campaign, public relations, sales promotion in the physical environment, etc.

A7. Fast and efficient adaptation in various situations in which organizations may find themselves;

A8. Using ICT to support critical thinking, creativity and innovation.
