Accommodation policy

Admission to a master's degree program is based on a letter of motivation for choosing a career in education. The admission process will be completed by the admission commission being awarded / REJECTED by the admission commission, following the analysis of the letter of motivation submitted by the candidate to the registration file. The ranking of candidates will be based on the average graduation of undergraduate studies.
The admission average is equal to the graduation average of undergraduate studies.
(1) Admission to the university master's degree programs is based on a file that will contain:
1. Identity card / bulletin;
2. Birth certificate;
3. Marriage certificate - if appropriate;
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree, or certificate of
graduation from university undergraduate studies, for graduate candidates
university degree in the current year; UVT graduates of the university studies of
degree from the current year does not have to upload the certificate of graduation
university degree on the admission platform in order to register for studies
university master's degree in the same year, the results of the final exam
undergraduate degrees being taken over in the candidate's file directly by the commissions
admission of UVT faculties;
5. Medical certificate issued by the family doctor, not older than 90 years
days from the date of its presentation at the document collection office, which
certifies whether the respective candidate is fit to register to complete studies
university and, if applicable, chronic conditions from which the candidate suffers
(neuropsychiatric, psycho-pathological, pulmonary, dermato-venereal,
disability (type, degree) etc.). Specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia,
dyscalculia, etc.) or any special educational requirements will be certified by a
diagnostic certificate; 6. Certificate certifying completion of another master's university study program (completed or not at the time of submitting the file), in which the funding regime in which each year of studies was completed (with funding from the state budget/ with a fee, if it is/was carried out at a state higher education institution in Romania) – if appropriate.
(2) Candidates who are Romanian citizens or come from member states of the European Union,
from the European Economic Area and from the Swiss Confederation who completed their high school studies outside Romania must present, in addition to the above documents, the document of equivalence/recognition of studies issued by National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED).
(3) For admission to the didactic master's degree programs with
teaching in Romanian, foreign citizens are required to present a C1 level Romanian language proficiency certificate issued by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education.
(4) Candidates eligible to be exempted from the registration fee, according to Article 19 of
of this regulation, they will also upload the supporting documents for the category they belong to on the admission platform.
